SHIPPING POLICY

All SHOSHANNA LEE JEWELRY orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of payment. Please note that estimated production times for each piece vary. Orders will be shipped with USPS Mail Standard Shipping. We ship both domestically and internationally.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
We use Swipe Merchant Services™ Advanced Payment Processing to ensure that all payments are securely processed.

ORDER TRACKING
One payment is processed you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order by signing into your SHOSHANNA LEE JEWELRY online account and selecting "track my order."

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
SHOSHANNA LEE JEWELRY does not assume responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items once the carrier has declared it "delivered." We are not responsible for the package once it is in the possession of the carrier. In the event that a package is lost or damaged while in the possession of the carrier, please contact us immediately by email at admin@shoshannalee.com. SHOSHANNA LEE JEWELRY will be responsible for filing all shipping claims.

SALES TAX
Applicable local and state sales taxes will be charged on all items purchased from SHOSHANNA LEE JEWELRY.
